Meet Tina

Hi, I’m Tina! A lover of all things fitness & wellness. Toned With Tina was birthed through my own experiences. In my late teens I struggled with body image, specifically struggling to lose weight despite feeling like I was doing all the right things (working out, eating healthy etc). 

It took me a long time (lots of trial and error), but when I eventually found my way and began not only creating my own dream body, but also recognizing all the incredible benefits that manifest from training and nourishing your body well, I became OBSESSED.

I knew there was still so many women struggling with the EXACT struggles that I just began overcoming, and it felt like an instant CALLING to start educating others on it. The rest feels like history.
