So, what’s included in the 1:1 Fitness & Nutrition Premium Online Coaching container?




( 01. )

On-Boarding Call

Before your coaching container commences, you will hop on a 1:1 video call with Tina where she will assess your form on many of the basic movement patterns (think squats, deadlifts, push-ups etc). This call allows Tina to give you some immediate form correction cues as well as see where you’re starting from (you’ll get that “in-person” feeling from this assessment). The call will also include further chats about your goals and an initial game-plan will be set in place. After the call, you will be sent a short summary of everything Tina went over with you and your program will follow shortly.

Your Personally Customized Program

Your training program will be delivered via a training app called “Trainerize” — you can view what’s included in this below. You will also be provided with a personalized nutrition protocol and a nifty spreadsheet for progress tracking.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every Sunday, you will be sent a reminder message to fill out your weekly check-in form. And every Monday, Tina will send you a personalized voice-message in response to the form you just filled out. Think of this as your weekly accountability check to ensure everything is moving along smoothly. Any needed adjustments to your protocols will be made during this time.

Weekly Support

Your container will include Monday-Friday messenger support. Meaning you can ask questions in Voxer in between your check-ins, you can send Tina form-videos for feedback, or even reach out for general clarification and support anytime. Rest assured, you will be in good hands and never have to struggle in silence.

Educational Ebooks

As part of your coaching container, you will also be receiving a few introductory PDFs written by Tina that will answer lots of common questions and help you ease into the program smoothly. These include topics such as the basics of fitness and nutrition, how to navigate through the Trainerize app, a My-Fitness-Pal tracking guide, etc.

Education Hub

You will be given shared access to a folder full of in-depth gym tutorials filmed by Tina herself. Topics include: how to set up the leg press machine, how to set-up a barbell hip thrust, how to breathe while weight-lifting, etc. These videos will help you build confidence in the gym and will always be there for you to refer back to at any point in your container.
