At this time Tina is not offering in-person coaching. The online coaching services do however include a complimentary on-boarding call (done virtually via zoom at the start of your container).
You will also be provided with continuous and personalized voice-messenger support throughout your 1:1 container to ensure you feel comfortable & confident in your plan.

No it does not, however the Fitness & Nutrition Coaching service does include an initial form-assessment done at the time of the on-boarding call. This will ensure your program is customized to suit your physical needs and current fitness level. In addition, clients are more than welcome (if not, encouraged!) to send Tina videos of their form for evaluation and feedback at any point during their 1:1 coaching.

Absolutely not, NO foods are off limits! However, it is recommend that you aim to consume majority of your meals from nutrient dense sources for better health outcomes, but you can certainly still fit the occasional treats into your day. Think of this as a “lifestyle change”, rather than a “diet”. I’m going to help you build skills that are healthy and sustainable in the long term as opposed to unsustainable, restrictive, and short-lived.

Online Coaching is personal training done virtually, and at a fraction of the price! Learn more about what you would receive as a client using the links below:

-1:1 Fitness & Nutrition Coaching is $399 usd.
-1:1 Nutrition Coaching is $249 usd.
-Payment will be taken via a subscription (billed every 4 weeks)
-16 week minimum commitment and then month-to-month until client initiates cancellation (2-week notice required)

At the moment, Tina’s Coaching container does not include meal plans. Instead, you will do something called "flexible dieting", where you will be provided with a customized calorie & macro target that is appropriate for your goals; then using the app “My Fitness Pal”, you will track your intake. With flexible dieting, you can eat whatever foods you like (nothing is off limits) as long as you’re staying within your “caloric budget”. This balanced and non-restrictive approach to nutrition gives you the freedom to enjoy the foods you love while still reaching your goals.
You will also be provided with lots of tips and resources on how to create plates of food that are both nourishing and fit into your calories/macros. In other words, I’m not “giving you a fish, I’m teaching you how to fish”. You will gain the knowledge & skills to formulate your own meals in this container and beyond.
For those who are not willing or able to track, not to worry! Tina will create an alternative plan of action to help you reach your health and physique goals.
