On-Boarding Call

Before your coaching container commences, you will hop on a 1:1 video call with Tina where we will chat in more detail about your goals and set an initial game-plan will in place.

Your Personally Customized Gameplan

You will also be provided with a personalized nutrition protocol and a nifty spreadsheet for progress tracking. Depending on your goals and preferences, this may include calorie/macro tracking, a more mindful eating approach, or a hybrid between the two.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every Sunday, you will be sent a reminder message to fill out your weekly check-in form. And every Monday, Tina will send you a personalized voice-message in response to the form you just filled out. Think of this as your weekly accountability check to ensure everything is moving along smoothly. Any needed adjustments to your protocols will be made during this time.

Weekly Support

Your container will include Monday-Friday messenger support. Meaning you can ask questions and reach out for clarification or a chat anytime in between your check-ins. Rest assured, you will be in good hands and never have to struggle in silence.
