Meet Tina!

Hi, I’m Tina! A certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and Nutrition Coach (PN Level 1) based in Vancouver, Canada.

Toned with Tina was established when I realized how truly remarkable exercise can be in changing one's life. 

Growing up, I struggled a lot with my body-image. I would spend countless hours in the gym doing cardio in an effort to lose weight and get into shape, but despite my efforts, it felt like nothing was ever changing. I was determined to achieve the results I was dreaming of, so I didn't give up. Instead, I started trying different fitness programs & regimens, that's when I finally stumbled upon weight training, and I quickly fell in love. I was eager to learn and educate myself further, this eventually led me to pursue a career in fitness. 

Today, my vision is to help women fall in love with exercise. To reap both its physical rewards (creating an amazing physique), as well as it's mental health benefits (such as improving self-confidence and cultivating resilience). With an effective exercise and nutrition regimen in place, all of this can be achieved. 

After countless hours of education plus experience in both group fitness coaching, 1:1 personal training, and undergoing my own fitness journey- I have acquired the knowledge, skillset, and passion to help women achieve their dream body, and to cultivate confidence and resiliency along the way!
