Do you offer in-person coaching?

Unfortunately at this time Tina is not offering in-person coaching. The online coaching service does however include a complimentary “form- assessment” session (done virtually via zoom at the start of your coaching).

You will also be provided with continuous education and personalized support throughout your program to ensure you feel comfortable & confident in your training.

What exactly is online coaching?

Online Coaching is personal training done virtually, and at a small fraction of the price! View our online coaching services page to see what you, as a client, would receive if you sign up for Toned with Tina online coaching services.

Does your online coaching service include personal training over Zoom?

No it does not, however the service does include an initial form-assessment session via zoom so that your program can be further customized to suit your physical needs and fitness level. In addition, clients are more than welcome (if not, encouraged!) to send Tina videos of their form for evaluation and feedback at any point in their coaching.

How much does online coaching cost?

The 1:1 Fitness & Nutrition Coaching service is $399 cad every 4 weeks.

Payment will be taken via a subscription (billed every 4 weeks).

Tina also occasionally accepts E-Transfers (for Canadian clients), but only when paid in full.

Do you write meal plans?

At the moment, Tina does not offer meal plans. Instead, you’ll do something called "flexible dieting", where you will be provided with a customized number of calories and a macronutrient breakdown that is appropriate for your goals; then using the free app “My Fitness Pal”, you will track your intake as accurately as possible. With flexible dieting, you can eat whatever foods you like (nothing is off limits) as long as you’re staying within your “caloric budget”. This balanced and non-restrictive approach to nutrition gives you the freedom to enjoy the foods you love while still reaching your goals.

You will also be provided with an ebook that gives you some of Tina’s personal favourite ‘easy-to-make’ recipes, this will help spark some meal inspiration for you.

For those who are not willing or able to track, not to worry! Tina will create a different plan of action to help you reach your health and physique goals.

Will I have to cut out any food groups?

Absolutely not, NO foods are off limits! Of course, I would recommend that you aim for nutrient dense foods (aka: “healthier foods'') majority of the time, but a balanced approach is best in my opinion. You can certainly still fit the occasional treat into your day. Think of this as a “lifestyle”, rather than a “diet”. I’m going to help you build skills that are healthy and sustainable in the long term as opposed to unsustainable, restrictive, and short-lived.
